INSPECTION & CLEAN ROOM:- At Ormarc, our business is to achieve the highest possible level of quality, precision and reliability.
Ormarc's dedication to uphold this level of standard we have built a 60 sq/m clean room designed to carry out those tasks requiring a strict contaminant free environment. The purpose built facility is maintained at a constant ISO standard of 20 C and remains dust and lint free. In conjunction with Ormarc's QA/QC procedures, customers can have peace of mind knowing that all component inspections and mechanical assemblies are carried out to the highest achievable level of standard.
As part of this clean room facility, Ormarc calibrates all in house measuring equipment as well as providing third party measuring equipment calibration for other companies. This calibration process aids in ensuring that every component manufactured and measured by Ormarc is to the highest degree of accuracy.
