MECHANICAL REBUILDS:- Ormarc Engineering performs complete mechanical equipment overhauls and refurbishment at our Bunbury WA based facility.
Our experienced qualified technicians perform mechanical equipment overhauls on all types of industrial gearboxes, pumps, hydraulic components and various processing equipment. Using our strip and survey reporting process, customers receive a detailed report outlining equipment condition and associated costs for a complete rebuild. This reporting process allows the customer to determine the feasibility to either repair or replace. Ormarc returns equipment to "as new" condition and as part of our complete service will provide extended equipment warranties if the installation is performed and commissioned by Ormarc qualified technicians.
The installation and commissioning process involves Ormarc's technicians performing state-of-the-art laser alignment and detailed commissioning procedures. This process provides a complete service, to return all reconditioned equipment back to full operational condition. Each equipment rebuild is accompanied by QA/QC documentation stating all technical data and relevant certifications.
This ensures that the end product is assembled to the highest quality and standard of service guaranteeing performance and reliability.
