PRECISION MACHINING: Ormarc provides high quality precision machining using both CNC and Manual Machine processes. Our Bunbury WA based machine shop manufactures replacement parts for many industries including Oil & Gas, Mining and Earthmoving. Apart from the resource industries, Ormarc also caters for companies looking for high quality research and development services. Components machined by Ormarc are put through strict QA/QC inspection procedures. Inspections are performed in our purpose built inspection and clean room. The inspection room is kept at a constant 20 C and in combination with our quality procedures remains dust and lint free.
Every component requiring the highest level of quality is accompanied by a detailed inspection report guaranteeing complete customer satisfaction assuring that every component has been manufactured and inspected to a quality standard. Machining Facilities consist of:
- Vertical CNC 3D Milling - Machining capacities of X, Y & Z axis 1524, 740 & 680mm with Table loads up to 1500 Kg.
- CNC Lathes - Machining capacities of up to 450mm OD X 660mm in length.
- Manual Lathes with Digital Read Outs (DRO) - Up to 660mm swings and up to 3.0 meters in length.
- Turret Head Manual Milling Machines with DRO.
- Radial Arm Drills with radial capacities of up to 1600mm x 1200mm High
- Indexing Slotting Machine - capable of slotting up to 500mm ID couplings
