Our Facilities
Our facility can cater for Mechanical rebuilds, Component manufacture, Clean room requirements, Component Inspection, Blasting and Painting.
Our Facilities compose of:Machine Shop:-
100sq/m consisting of VMC Milling machine, CNC lathe, 3m manual lathe with DRO, Turret Head manual Mill with DRO, 1m manual Lathe,
1250 Radial Arm Drill and slotting machine.
Fitting Bay:- 70 Sq/m consisting of 100T Hydraulic press, Hydraulic Hose crimp machine and parts cleaner.
Clean Room:- 50 sq/m constant 20° controlled room meeting ISOO standard, dust and lint free.
Fabrication workshop:- 320 sq/m consisting of three 350A Mig welders, AC?DC Tig welder and Plasma cutter.
Blast & Paint:- 78 sq/m by 5m high blast shed and 108 sq/m paint shed 4.2m high.
On-site trailer:- 300A/10Kva Generator welder, 125 CFM Compressor plus a wide variety of fitting and welding tooling.
